Conversation Submenu in BuddyBot

The Conversation page within BuddyBot offers a comprehensive view of all interactions between users and the BuddyBot. This includes chats conducted in the Test Area and those from live user interactions. Here’s a breakdown of its features and usage:

Key Features of the Conversation Page

1. Conversation Overview:
   • The page displays a list of all conversation threads.
   • Each entry provides essential details, including:
     • Name: The subject or initial query of the conversation.
     • ID: A unique identifier for the conversation thread.
     • User: The name or identifier of the user who initiated the conversation.
     • Date: The date and time when the conversation took place.
2. Filtering Conversations:
   • Users can filter conversations based on various criteria to streamline their view.
   • The available filters include:
     1. All User Types: Filter by user roles (e.g., Logged In Users, Visitors ).
     2. All Users: Filter by specific user.
   • After selecting the desired filters, click the Filter button to apply them.

How to Use the Conversation Page

1. Navigate to the Conversation submenu under the main BuddyBot menu.
2. Review the list of conversations to get an overview of user interactions.
3. Use the All Users and All User Types dropdowns to apply filters as needed.
4. Click the Filter button to refine the list of conversations.
5. Click on any conversation thread to view the detailed interaction.
